As experienced leaders and social & environmental analysts, we’ve worked in Australia’s charity and not-for-profit sector for a combined 30+ years. We met through our work and quickly found common ground - a shared frustration with how costly, complex, and often out-of-reach impact evaluation and ESG services can be for small organisations.
Charities, not-for-profits, and small businesses are at the frontline of real change. They are agile, community-driven, and deeply connected to the people they serve. But all too often, they’re expected to prove their impact, secure funding, and report against frameworks that weren’t built with their realities in mind - all without the resources to get expert support.

Our firm operates on a sliding scale payment model, and we commit to offering a limited number of pro bono projects each year. Why? Because impact shouldn’t be a luxury - it should be a standard that everyone can access, regardless of budget.
